Nicole Montrony is the founder and Managing attorney at Montrony at Law. Nicole has represented hundreds of medical providers in arbitration and litigation proceedings. Using her vast knowledge of the NYCRR, Workers Compensation regulations as well as the fee schedule she has recovered millions of dollars in medical claims for providers. 

Prior to her law degree, Nicole worked as a paralegal on hundreds of personal injury and no-fault claims and has experience handling claims from inception to collection. 

 With more than 15 years of legal experience, Nicole understands that every case is unique. She provides personalized attention to each client, carefully evaluating every detail and developing strategies tailored to their individual needs and goals.
